Terms of service
Effective October 15, 2026
Agama is an early beta. You decide what gets sent from your accounts, and you are responsible for what you approve. Use it lawfully, and you can leave at any time.
The service
Agama lets you sign in once, connect accounts such as Gmail, and let AI apps you choose use those accounts on your behalf. By creating an account or using Agama, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
Early beta
Agama is an early beta. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. Some AI apps are tested and others are not; the home page says which. Don’t rely on Agama for anything where a delay or failure would cause you serious harm.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Agama.
- Keep access to your sign-in email or Google account secure. It controls your account.
- Connect only accounts you own or are allowed to use.
Actions you approve
AI apps can ask Agama to send or change things in your connected accounts, but those actions happen only after you approve them. Each approval shows which account will act and what will happen.
You are responsible for the actions you approve, including the content of email sent from your accounts. Read each approval before you choose to send. AI apps can make mistakes, and Agama does not check whether what an AI app asks for is correct or wise.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Agama to:
- send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messages;
- harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone;
- access accounts or data you are not authorized to access;
- break the law or the terms of the services you connect;
- probe, overload, or work around the security or rate limits of Agama or the services it connects to.
Third-party services
Agama connects to services we don’t control: the AI apps you use (such as ChatGPT and Claude) and the accounts you connect (such as Gmail). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We aren’t responsible for what they do, for their availability, or for changes they make that affect Agama.
Ending your use
You can stop using Agama at any time. Email privacy@tryagama.ai to revoke an AI app, disconnect an account or delete your account.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people or the service at risk. We may also end the beta. When we can, we will tell you first.
No warranties
Agama is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Some places don’t allow these exclusions, so they apply only as far as the law allows.
Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or lost profits arising from your use of Agama, including the results of actions you approved or of mistakes made by AI apps. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the app. If you keep using Agama after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
